Shipping Info: Oak, Ash and Thorn merchandise is shipped via USPS Priority mail. Shipping and handling costs vary based on both the item being shipped as well as the shipping destination.

Orders within the continental United States and most of Canada are usually shipped within 3 business days and typically arrive within 5 business days from date of shipping. Orders from Alaska and Hawaii as well as international orders usually ship within 3 business days as well, but may take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on the destination.

Registered shipping is included in all orders to countries other than the United States and Canada.

Due to the political climate, orders from Ukraine are not currently being accepted.
Return Policy: All sales are final.

Great care is taken to ensure that all Oak, Ash and Thorn merchandise is packaged for shipping to minimize potential damage; however, once a package is in transit, damage is always a possibility and neither Oak, Ash and Thorn nor their representatives take any responsibility for damage to merchandise incurred during shipping and handling.

Should an item be received that is different from the one ordered, it will be replaced free of charge.
